Patient Forms, Map and Directions to Our Carrboro Office
Your first visit to Carrboro Family and General Dentistry involves a few special steps so that we can get to know you. To understand what to expect, please read through this page. You'll find all the practical information you need, such as a map and directions to our office, practice hours, payment policies and more. There's also background information about our staff and our first visit procedures. You can also save some time by completing patient forms online in advance of your appointment.
Our objective is to provide the dental care you need.
Inclusive with this we will provide you with the knowledge you need to preserve your teeth and gums in a state of health, comfort, and function for the rest of your life, and with the aesthetics you desire. You should know we do not impose our sense of aesthetics on patients. When it comes to aesthetics we ask patients to let us know if there is something they wish to change. (The exception to this is when a front tooth is to be crowned or is to have a large tooth colored filling, we will let you know that if you have ever entertained the idea of lightening your teeth you should do so before the filling or crown is placed since fillings and crowns do not bleach.) It is perfectly legitimate to have treatment for aesthetics and you should not hesitate to let us know if you have aesthetic concerns.
